This is not making teacher life easy in today 21st century. 

Teacher has to allow family involvement using technology so that they understand how important children exposed to ICT for learning purpose and not just an entertainment tools. 

The competencies using ICTs are required in technically to enhance with the foundational skills (reading, writing, mathematics, history, language). 

Teacher has to remain the needed of pedagogical knowledge to incorporate ICT along in rapid changing world for 21^st century in helping students to progress and enhance their ICT knowledge in daily live. 

This achievement will make the reasons how successful a student is capable to engage in revolving around the use of ICT to problem solving learning effective.

So, we need to find examples of people using ICTs to achieve the above to have such reasons - 

1) Can I find literature (research or practitioner) that supports your reason?

2) Can 1 find examples/literature of #1 and #2 that make sense in a learning context?
